Hilary Duff celebrates her birthday on the 28th of September 1987. Houston Texas is her home. Her fame quickly grew and became among the top and most famous and loved actresses of our times. She was the second child to Susan Duff and Robert Erhard Duff and her sister is Haylie Duff. Hilary wanted her to emulate Haylie, and she joined Haylie in Haylie's Cecchetti Ballet.
