Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson (in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson) was born April 24, 1982 in Fort Worth, Texas. She is an American musician, singer and TV star. In 2002, she took home her first American Idol talent contest. Clarkson grew up within Burleson, Texas, a suburb within Fort Worth, where her voice talent was first recognized by her teacher in the choir at her school when she was a seventh grader. Clarkson quit high school in order to move to Los Angeles where she failed to get a job in the industry of entertainment. Following her return to Texas, she became participant on the initial season of the FOX Broadcasting Co's American Idol, a singing contest that let viewers decide which singer they liked best. Clarkson was well-liked by viewers for her stunning vocals and humorous style. The prize she won was $1 million, and she also signed a recording agreement with RCA.

Cassie Scerbo is an American performer and actor who came into the spotlight when she was picked to sing in the group of all girls called 'Slumber Party Girls' that hosted the children's music variety show Dance Revolution on CBS in the early 2000s. Madekwe was born South London, England into an ethnically diverse family. Her father is Nigerian and Swiss and the mother of her is English. She grew up in a south London community estate, where she attended The Brit School at age fourteen. She received her Bachelor of Arts in acting from The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
