Constance Marie

Constance Constance Marie Lopez (born September 9, 1965)[1] is an American actor from America. She is most well-known for her role in George Lopez (2002 - 2007) and Marcela Quitanilla (mother Selena) in Selena (1997). She was Regina Vasquez in the ABC Family/Freeform drama series Switched at Birth (2011-2017). She is currently playing Camila Diaz in the lead character in the Amazon Prime Video drama series Undone (1999). Marie started acting when she was when she was in her teens. Salsa 1988 was her first film. Other credits on film and television include Early Edition, Dirty Dancing, Selena, Spin City and Ally McBeal. Marie was selected to play the part as Angie Lopez in the ABC comedy series George Lopez. In 2001, Marie starred in the comedy-drama film Tortilla Soup alongside Hector Elizondo, Jacqueline Obradors, and Elizabeth Pena. Marie also appeared on the PBS drama series American Family. Her own line of clothing, "The Constance Marie collection", was launched in the month of October. 2 In the same year, she was featured in an ad campaign for PETA which urged people to neuter and spay their pet. 3 From 2011 until 2017, Marie was the main character in the drama series on Freeform and ABC Family called Switched at Birth, portraying Regina Vasquez, the birth mother of one of the girls and the legal mother of the other.
